I am always suprised when i see people hiding serial number/IMEI etc. on 20 years devices....What exactly do you think will happen if somebody see it...? Nokia will sue you and blacklist it, somebody will "stole" and use it somehow, warranty will be voided...?Just dont bother, its annoying.

Need to restart the laptop as well as restarting iTunes in addition to what you suggested. This worked for me. Before that I could still hear through headphones, but not laptop speakers.😊

I was going to get this phone way back then but I got told about how slow and laggy the OS was so I backed off. Down the line I bought a W902 and then a W995. The latter was by far the Pinnacle of Walkman phones.

I removed the back. Check the operation. Still worked. Removed the battery and broken screen. Plugged in the the new screen and checked. Now it will not power up. Put the old screen back and plugged it up and still will not power up. Not sure what happened. Is there a way to get all my data off it if I can't power it up?
